The Application Of Local Geography In Senior High School Geography Teaching

“Education can produce science and technology,and science and technology are the primary productive forces.” Quality education emphasizes the improvement of the psychological quality of the students,and the cultivation of their innovative spirit and practical ability,so as to better meet the needs of the society.The current model of education can not meet the modern construction of successors training needs,how to arouse students' enthusiasm of learning geography,maintain the curiosity of students,enhance the grade of geography and geography professional accomplishment,is a big challenge for the geography teacher.The author as a front-line teacher,the quality of education to implement a lot of feelings,but because of their limited capacity,so their article attempts to use the local geography of the level of some of the discussion.Local geography can be a good complement to geography teaching,which is of great significance to geography teaching.In the new concept of curriculum reform and curriculum standard guidance,this paper tries to explore the local geography knowledge in high school geography teaching,based on the general situation of the local geography resources in Fuyang City,analysis of the current situation of the use of local geography in high school geography teaching,the existing problems and reasons,to explore the use of countermeasures.The local geography into high school geography classroom teaching,improve teaching effect;as the same time as the first-line high school geography teacher with experience,enrich the content of classroom teaching,more complete the task of teaching and achieve good teaching results.
