Objective : In order to improve female university students' self-temperament and physical fitness,and employability,physique lesson in university education has become increasingly important.The direction of educational development in the internet era of Big data is to combine the physical education and modern education technology.In tertiary physique education,that whether the effect of micro teaching to female university student can outperform traditional education method has now become a new subject for all the teachers and researchers in higher education institution.This essay will explore the effect of micro-education to students' learning and teachers' practice through comparing the differences between micro-education and traditional education as well as the difference before and after micro-education is carried out.Method: This study adopts the method of interview,research and survey,and chooses elective courses form 300 girls,who enrolled in physique elective course at Qingdao Technological University,as the research object.The students were divided into two groups,with one being taught with traditional education(the “test group”),the other with micro-education(the “comparing group”).Students from both groups were tested before and after the research,which covered height,weight,special skills,50 meters,800 meters,sit-ups,standing long jump and Zuo Wei Ti proneness,to compare the results.Meanwhile,interviews and surveys were also conducted to observe the individual experience and to analyze the psychological impact of micro-education on students.Results: Through one year of study and exercise,all the index of the students increased(except for height).Among them,the special skills and their weight of the“test group” have significant changes,the physical fitness of the “test group” and“compare group” have slightly difference.According to the questionnaire,most students held the view that the micro-education had significantly or relatively significantly increased their cognitive ability,skills,physical ability,physique,interest in leaning,confidence,willpower and sense of physical exercise.Conclusion and suggestion: Following suggestions can be made based on the application of the method in physique courses in tertiary education institutions.1.physical shape course is the memories and imitation of the action,which can enhance student's cognition of the course,increase the exercise level,strengthen students' self-study enthusiasm and motility with the help of micro-education,enhance student's cognition of the course.2.Although adopted micro-education can guide the students to enhance their physical fitness,compare to the traditional education has no much advantage.3.Open this physical shape course in Qingdao Technological University,design micro-education from shaping,make up,hair style,cosmetics,and fitness these areas,has plays a guide role to help female students enhance their physical fitness.4.Research from psychological aspects,most of students believes that in physical fitness course,micro-education has better impact on their psychological health.5.In teacher's teaching aspects,pay attention on students simulates better communication between teacher and students.6.Now the problems on micro-education are the design and working process is complex.Suggestion:First,Micro-education should be used more to enhance both the efficiency and effect of learning and teaching.Second,when designing the course,teachers should design the content reasonably based on the teacher's experience.Third,Student-centred.Teachers should design the content based on the physical ability and performance of the student.Fourth,appropriate instructions and encouragements should be given to the students throughout the teaching and practices.Fifth,teachers should use micro-education resources as an incentive to encourage students to do extra learning and practice.Sixth,students who finish learning tasks on time should be encouraged or rewarded.Seventh,to establish a appropriate supervising mechanism to supervise in-class and after-class exercises.Advices : firstly,lecturer should enrich self professional knowledge and speciality accomplishment,enhance their ablity to produce and operate the multimedia.Secondly,the mature system should be established while apply micro-education.Thirdly,improve the evaluation system,in order to achieve both internal and external integration.
