In the knowledge economy era,the information continues to spread and update at the rate of more than people imagining.In order to adapt to this era,we need to keep learning and have the courage to innovate.Since the reform of the implementation of a new high school curriculum,great changes have taken place on curriculum goal,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,curriculum structure,curriculum evaluation and curriculum management.On one hand,these changes are quite welcome;on the other hand there exist the boring teaching contents,single teaching methods,low student participation and difficult knowledge system,etc.These weaknesses seriously affected the effectiveness of classroom teaching,thus affecting the all-round development of students and teachers' professional development.Since 2016,with the new college entrance examination reform gradually promoted throughout the country,"No division of liberal arts and science" "elective class" will become the new normal in high school in the future.The new normal will no doubt put forward severe challenges on the effectiveness of classroom teaching.This article is about the Marxist theory and ideological and political education under the guidance of the basic principles and methods,focusing on the growth of high school students,based on the political lesson and teaching practice of Guiyang NO.15 High School,using the questionnaire and interview method to get a large number of first-hand information.On the basis of the pursuit and in view of the present influence of the high school thought political lesson teaching,the article puts forward some measures to enhance the effectiveness of teaching.This paper will mainly contain three parts:The first part is the summary of high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness.It mainly includes the concept of effective teaching and teaching effectiveness definition and the meaning and standards of the high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness.The second part is about the performance and reasons of the lack of high school thought political lesson teaching effectiveness analysis.This part will focus on the use of the questionnaire results of students and teachers to analyze the performance and reasons of the lack of effectiveness.The third part will combine my own four years of high school political lesson teaching practice,use the vivid teaching case,which influence the effectiveness of the reasons,put forward to optimize the design of the thought political lesson teaching content and way,strengthen the student's learning method instruction,concrete countermeasures of improving the political teacher's personal charm.
