China is a multi-ethnic country,is a "pluralistic integration" of the country.Due to various social and historical reasons,the development of science,education,culture,health and other areas of minority areas before the founding of People's Republic of China is relatively backward.Individual regions and even retain some of the remnants of the original social system,the education of ethnic minorities is very lagging behind.After the founding of the People's Republic of China,after years of education reform,policy support,in recent years,the various ethnic minority areas of the cause has been rapid development,education has also been greatly improved.This paper takes the First Primary School in Xinjiang,Tacheng(Kazakh Chinese Bilingual School),and the Fifth Primary School(Chinese language school)as an example,and this paper adopts the method of literature,field investigation,questionnaire,interview,analysis and comparative research methods,to the han,Mongolian,uygur,kazak,hui,tajik,ethnic russians in many other national primary school music education present situation investigation and analysis,the music education problem of further development and improve the thinking,put forward its own opinion.This paper mainly discusses from three aspects:First of all,to clarify the reasons and significance of the topic,research status and ideas;Secondly,it is the field survey conducted by the research object,and the current situation and do the finishing and analysis;Finally,according to the understanding of the situation and grasp the information,put forward opinions and Countermeasures for the results of the survey reflect the problem,can be put into practice in order to provide help to the tower city primary school and similar multi-ethnic areas primary school music education development.This paper put forward to the aesthetic education of the national curriculum standards as the basis,combined with the school of music teaching and bilingual teaching of monolingual multicultural Chinese under the situation of Xinjiang Tacheng city primary school education in the education as the starting point,analysis of multi-ethnic Tacheng primary school music education,teaching situation,situation and problems,on how to improve and improve put oneself the advice.
