Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county has been an non-substitutable institution which helps to develop current elementary and secondary teachers,especially rural elementary and secondary teachers.Its teachers' training has transferred from compensatory education mission to training all workers and staff and improving teachers' professional development ability.Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county as elementary and secondary teachers' continuing education train base and lifelong education base which have a great impact on the training of elementary and secondary teachers' professional development.However,the current situation of Teachers' college for Vocational Studies exists in poor functions in running school,poor school conditions and insufficient educational resources explorations which are far from education purpose.In recent years,countries is paying more and more attention to balance development of compulsory education and resource allocation and enhance standard construction of all kinds.Meanwhile,hardware facilities have also reached to standards.But teachers overall levels is still to be improve a lot.Zhangzhou has been concerned about education all the time.However,Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county still exists many problems such as the conditions of running school and resources of training and so on.In attempt to make a thoroughly investigation of the current situation of the Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county,this thesis paper chooses Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county as a sample to make a deep survey.This thesis paper choose Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county as a sample on the basis of field research,literature review,compile relevant materials and analysis of data to make a comprehensive investigation the current situation of Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county to figure out the existing problems so that it puts forward instructive strategies which brings great referencesto running Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county.This thesis paper constitutes four chapters : Chapter one introduces background,significance,relevant research results and research methods and so on.Chapter two focuses on the general introductions of the background of Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county which is based on the forms of interview,questionaires and so on.Chapter three concentrates on analysis cause and effects on current problems of Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county.Chapter four centers on the current problems of Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county to put forward explorations of education resources in order to fulfill the levels and qualities of Zhangzhou's Z Teachers' college for Vocational Studies in the county so that it can overall improve teachers professional developments.
