A Study On Cooperative Model Of Local Government And Non-governmental Organizations In The Field Of Poverty Alleviation

The problem of poverty has plagued the development of our country,our government has been working hard to solve the problem of poverty.But the government's failure in the field of public affairs,and "market failure",The pattern of traditional government-dominated poverty alleviation is becoming more and more malpractice,and therefore,Seeking the cooperation of the third sector-non-governmental organizations is increasingly prominent.Based on the Social Governance Theory,this paper compares the current model of poverty alleviation in our country with the research on the poverty alleviation of the overseas NGO-G mechanism and H county of Guangxi,Analying the model G mechanism in H county's feature of poverty alleviation,and having interviews with relevant characters,Analying the superiority and predicament of this pattern.In this paper,a total of six basic conclusion First,the pattern of G mechanism and local government organization is a kind of innovation,that is the foreign non-governmental organizations provide funds,technical support,and the local government supports funds and acts as a anti-poverty executor;Second,the cooperation model in the country has the possibility of spreading,that is,a diversified social governance subject is an inevitable trend under the perspective of Social Governance Theory;Third,Deeping the cooperation of foreign non-governmental organizations and the government from the policy,system,environment and so on.
