Due to the development of The Times and social need for talents,the cultivation of students' non-intelligence factors in the teaching is more and more attention.Non-intelligence factors are those that have no direct relationship with the knowledge of emotion,interest,will,personality,needs,motivation,goals,beliefs,world outlook,etc.,it is in the growth of talent play an important role in the process.It is easy to find in real life,some students have very good grades in school,but not after graduation is too great achievements,mainly affected by the non-intelligence factors.On the contrary,if a person average intelligence and non-intelligence factor are obtained the very good development,so he is very likely in the future in terms of success.For a student,in knowledge,intelligence and non-intelligence factors,non-intellectual factors of the position is in the lead.In geography teaching,the full development of a student's non-intelligence factor,can not only better necessary geographic literacy of students,also can better combined with other subjects of culture,promote the all-round development of students.Therefore,the study of non-intelligence factors,has a strong practical significance.Based on the literature of non-intelligence factors at home and abroad research,psychologists have found to non-intelligence factors connotation and extension of the concept of the agreement.Because of the definition and connotation of fuzziness,so about non-intelligence factors,did not form a complete theoretical system.The tenth middle school of Kaifeng in Henan province being as an example,for students in the current situation of the non-intelligent factors in geography study investigation and analysis,it is concluded that:(1)the students' learning motivation is generally low,without good planning for the future,to geographical discipline has no correct understanding and treatment;(2)the geography study interest is not high,only interested in some of the special knowledge,curiosity is not strong;(3)no good geographic learning habit;(4)poor students geography study self-consciousness,learning self-discipline,perseverance is low;(5)a good standard of emotional attitude and values,but it remains to be improving.Based on the analysis of the literature research both at home and abroad as well as the results of the survey,from learning motivation,learning interest,learning habits,character and emotional attitude values five aspects put forward the strategy in the cultivation of students' non-intelligence factors.Specific content mainly,the first is to induce the students' learning motivation,including helping students to set goals and self-confidence,praise and criticism,effective use of attribution and feedback,etc.The second is to cultivate students geography study interest,including the effective use of practice,enrich teaching means,combined with the actual life,etc.The third is to help students form good learning habits,including good geographic learning method,correct use of maps and observation records,etc;Fourth,exercise the student strong willpower,including students' learning initiative,self-discipline,perseverance,decisiveness,etc;Fifth,edify students' sentiment,sets up the correct values of emotional attitude,including teachers set an example,optimization of the relationship between teachers and students,contact the actual life,etc.In this paper,the main conclusions are:(1)non-intelligence factors is very important for growth and development of talents;(2)the student non-intelligence factor level needs to improve;(3)in this paper the geography teaching cultivating non-intelligent factors concrete strategies and Suggestions are proposed,and the need to be aware of the problems in the process of cultivation.Innovation of this research in the real sense,in the study,the investigation into The tenth middle school of Kaifeng places with a clear understanding of the high student non-intelligence factor in Kaifeng,this study puts forward concrete strategy cultivating non-intelligence factors of cultivating high school students in the region has a certain guiding significance.In addition,the cultivation of student's non-intelligence factor,to some extent can effectively promote the formation of students' correct values of emotional attitude,is conducive to the realization of a three-dimensional geography curriculum goals.
