Today's society,the rapid development of all aspects of science and technology development speed is unbelievable,and profoundly affects the daily life of people and ideology.As the shape of art education,but also with the development of The Times,is endowed with new meaning,has a new development,and the development is endless.Dominated in information and technology today,the society for talents training standards,training mode,training requirements and profound changes have taken place.In the present,the new curriculum reform process,the new curriculum idea against the exam-oriented education,advocating people-oriented,calls for constructing efficient class,such as these,the development of the geography subject put forward many new challenges.Classroom import as the beginning of a class,its importance has been sure,by the experts and scholars to study,is not only the inevitable requirement of new curriculum reform,also is one characteristic of efficient classroom building.The study,can be in a certain extent,to fill the lack of relevant theories,improve the teachers' understanding of the importance of classroom import,to guide teaching practice,as well as to improve the teacher's import skills,so as to realize efficient classroom.This paper at first because of theory,theory of advance organizer,humanistic learning theory under the guidance of scientific theories,such as by reading a large number of domestic and foreign literature about classroom import,the study of import have a general understanding,on the basis of literature research used questionnaire to understand the geography classroom into the problems existing in the implementation process in class,combining the results of the questionnaire using interview method has carried on the profound analysis to the reasons behind the problems,finally,combined with the specific case,facilitate the import of the effective implementation of the Suggestions were put forward,and promotion strategies.For insight into the classroom in the actual application status of geography classroom,based on the three middle school of yuzhou city as an example the actual investigation.First based on the three high school,high school,a good part of the liberal arts class grade three students as an object has carried on the questionnaire survey,the questionnaire 350,out recycling 310 points,the recovery rate of 88.75%,a total of 301 valid questionnaire were,the effective rate was 97.10%.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,the author composed on the basis of the results of the investigation of the questionnaire interview outline,the distribution of students questionnaire of each sample of 2 teachers,a total of 6 for the interview,in order to explore the reasons of the existence of problems,and also to make up for the shortage of the questionnaire.Through the investigation and study,in the high school geography classroom into the implementation of the present situation,the author found the following questions:(1)teachers' understanding of the importance of classroom import isn't enough;(2)import way is single,and lack of interest;(3)hold less than in the classroom import time control;(4)exist in the implementation of the import,formalism,such as at the time of high quality lessons more attention,at ordinary times is not valued;(5)in terms of import using targeted,not well clear learning objectives,also needs to improve in terms of cohesion between old and new knowledge;(6)the interaction between teachers and students is not very well in the process of classroom import.Combine to teacher's interview,the author found that the existence of these problems in addition to the teacher's own reasons,there are many profound society has long been ignored external causes,even more influence significance these external reasons.In general,there are two reasons for these problems:(1)from the teachers themselves,teachers is not enough emphasis on classroom import,guide class skills needs to improve;(2)external causes,workload is heavy,pressure is big,teachers generally have a tired mood;low level of teachers' treatment,poor work enthusiasm,don't want to spend too much time on the import link;negative administrative factors,in terms of academic and technical titles of teachers there are some unfair phenomenon,hit the mood of a teacher's work objectively;teaching facilities to the detriment of some teaching methods;class amount is large,many imported form bad conduct,discipline is easy out of control.Import the classroom teaching is a key ring,schools and departments at all levels should pay enough attention.In this paper:(1)update their education ideas,improve the teachers' understanding of the importance of classroom import;(2)to strengthen the training of teachers' education technology,improving teachers' ability to use technology education classroom import;(3)easing the burden on teachers,to prevent job burnout influence on classroom teaching;(4)under the condition of the conditional class appropriate to reduce the amount;(5)increase financial support,perfect the related education teaching facilities;(6)improve teachers' salary,eliminate the influence of the bad feelings;(7)we will deepen reform of the campus system and eliminate inequities within the system,reassure teachers teaching.This article innovation place: Previous research on geography classroom import stay at the surface,this paper increases the empirical research.In terms of attribution,in addition to pay attention to teachers' internal factors,this paper first focus on the social factors and job burnout influence on classroom import,more comprehensive and objective proposed policy recommendations.Sincerely hope that this article research for the optimization of high school geography classroom import link,provide some theoretical reference and practical guidance,can contribute to the development of yuzhou city high school geography teaching render a.So,my heart is very comfort.
