Dialogue is not only an essential part of modern life and contact, it's also the strategy to solve the problem effectively in the political, economic and cultural fields. Dialogue merges into educational field and for dialogue teaching. Based on the spirit of dialogue teaching is a new teaching method and teaching form in the curriculum reform. It takes the equal and democratic dialogue as the teaching principles, and is in the forms of language communication, thinking collisions and emotional resonance between teachers and students. It is beneficial to change the teacher-centered mode of thinking and behavior patterns from the monologue type teaching to the dialogue teaching. In the dialogue teaching, teachers no longer perform unipolar in the classroom, and the role of students changes from passive object to active side of the dialogue. Students can truly experience the joy of mind liberation in the equal dialogues and communications.Teaching purpose and method in the traditional teaching has been alienated or even reverse, and students pay all for the "score". Teaching based on dialogue is helpful to make the center of the teaching return to the "human development".Actually, the implementation and popularity of dialogue teaching is not easy. Due to the huge pressure of examinations on the teachers and students, politics in senior school still gives priority to the monologue teaching on the contrary, and students are also in the state of receiving knowledge passively, whose enthusiasm and creativity is difficult to play its role. The good news is that part of the first-line teachers reject the traditional monologue teaching and pay attention to the communication and interaction between teachers and students in the class. It did not realize the real teaching via dialogues,but embodies the spirit of dialogue. So updating the idea of teaching and improving teaching methods are inevitable,and dialogue teaching will be a common practice in education under the trend of curriculum reform.Except introduction and conclusion parts, this paper is divided into four parts: the first part illustrated the basic teaching dialogues theories, including the connotation, types and characteristics of the dialogue teaching laying a solid foundation for effective application of dialogue teaching in senior high school politics lessons. The second part investigated the current status of the implementation of dialogue teaching in senior high school politics lessons deeply. The achieved results of dialogue teaching was analyzed firstly,including initiation of dialogue awareness of teachers, tendency to make dialogue in classroom, and harmonious relationship between teachers and students, etc.; Secondly,the existing problems were summarized from dialogue subject, teaching circumstances,subject design and effect of the dialogue four aspects. The third part was the key part of the article and discussed the reason why there are many problems of dialogue teaching existing in the high school politics lessons, and the cruxes of the problem were found,including the factors of teachers, students, education system and teaching environment,etc. The fourth part was the core part of the article, and the strategy to solve the existing problem of dialogue teaching in high school politics lessons was explored. The problems that exist in dialogue teaching could be improved through the establishment of harmonious relationship between teachers and students, creating good dialogue situation,listing effective dialogue topics and establishing scientific evaluation mechanism. which could also improve the effectiveness of the dialogue teaching.
