With the continuous deepening reform of the new curriculum and the improvement of college entrance examination,combined with the characteristics of historical subjects,the teaching of historical materials is more and more used by teachers.The continuous development of science and technology and the deepening of historical research,more and more data is available and the way people get historical data is also more convenient.However,a current problem is that although teachers make use of a lot of historical materials,students' learning interest is still not high and also they can not stimulate their enthusiasm for learning.In the previous study,it can be found that the use of text data is still relatively more in the written form.Relatively speaking,pictures are not used often and only pictures in the text books are used by teachers.As for the advantage of historical pictures,they are not only simple but also vividly interesting,which can stimulate students learning enthusiasm and achieve the teaching goals as a supplement to the text.Through the observation of the picture,the ability of analyzing,comparing,concluding knowledge will be improved.In this paper,the author use a lesson as an example to illustrate the historical pictures' benefits to stimulate the student's learning interest and thinking,and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere.Through this case,it is likely to provide a reference for teachers and provide some useful suggestions and strategies of using historical pictures in teaching.
