Nowadays,education with high-quality and effectiveness,which is based on the effective classroom teaching,is pursued by the teaching staff.However there are something wrong with the present classroom teaching—the subject dislocation,lack of emotion,and the singleness of teaching ways.Therefore,the teachers teach painfully while the students learn painstakingly.We have to carry out drastic changes in terms of class teaching.Only in this way can we make the teaching and learning effectual,effective,and beneficial;that's to say,to make the students know more,especially attain the learning skills and develop their thinking;to make the students have better learning results within limited class time;to make the student get the valuable information as well as certain psychological experience from the teaching activities.Effective teaching,as a kind of effectual effective and beneficial teaching,conforms to the law of teaching.How to achieve the effectiveness is the key point of this research.The thesis starts with the problems of the current class teaching,and analyzes the situation of subject dislocation,lack of emotion and the singleness of teaching ways,and then further develops the main four reasons for ineffectiveness—the teaching conception,teaching capacity,teaching arts and students' autonomous learning ability.Furthermore,the paper focuses on seeking the strategies for effective teaching from the various aspects of classroom teaching,such as the choice of teaching methods,classroom management,active classroom atmosphere,teaching plan making,classroom multimedia application and effective questioning strategies.Finally,a summary and review of the results of the study is made,hoping to provide methodological guidance to the actual teaching.The innovation of this paper lies in the system combing with the popular problems with the classroom teaching and make it clear that the pursuit of effective teaching is the direction of classroom teaching.In this thesis,effective teaching strategies are constructed with the help of the combination between the research theories and teaching practice.All the strategies can be carried out in the steps of teaching and will achieve good results.
