A Study On The Professional Identity Of Undergraduates Majoring In Social Work In Shaanxi Province

Social work students are the important supply force of social work professional personnel,their professional identity status,engaged in the professional work related to the social work of the talent team building and professional development have an important impact.Social work Undergraduate education as an important stage of social work professional education,a profound impact on the professional students of the professional identity,but the current situation,there are social work students engaged in social work will be lower,higher turnover rate of talent,Professional identity and other issues.This paper is guided by the existing theories of sociology and social work and adopts the research method of quantitative research and qualitative research,and uses SPSS statistical analysis software.The author has choose Social Work undergraduates and some professional teachers as the main research object in three region of Shaanxi Province including North Shaanxi,Guan Zhong,South Shaanxi,and used SPSS statistical analysis software and qualitative interview analysis framework.through the relevant data collection,analysis,from professional awareness,professional emotion,professional This paper analyzes the status of professional identity of students in social work in Shaanxi province and analyzes the status of professional identity of social undergraduates in Shaanxi province and its influencing factors.Finally,we try to put forward suggestions to enhance the professional identity of college students in social work.This study found that the professional identity of undergraduates of social work in Shaanxi Province is on the middle level,mainly in the deepening of the professional learning with the students,their professional awareness is more clear,for the professional emotions rising,willing to engage with The proportion of professional related occupations has risen.At the same time,social work professional identity and college level,the student's grade was negatively correlated.Social work professional identity by their own hobbies,professional understanding,professional curriculum,professional practice,professional development,social identity and other factors.It is recommended to enhance the professional recognition of social work by increasing the professional influence of the society,promoting the process of professionalization,improving the quality of social work and the deepening of professional practice.
