As the weak area of economic and social development,the level of economic development and the quality of education affect the overall and coordinated development of China's economy and society.As one of the rights of teachers,teacher training has been paid more and more attention,our country issued a series of policies to strengthen the training of teachers to support the work of teacher training.It is important to strengthen the training of rural teachers,improve the effectiveness of rural teacher training,and build a high quality rural teachers,which will play an important role in improving the quality of rural education and cultivating the talents needed for rural development.In this study,we selected the rural school teachers in L County as the sample,combined with the backbone teacher training programs carried out in L County,to track the situation of rural teachers to participate in training,analyze the effectiveness of teacher training and what factors affect the effectiveness of rural teachers.This study consists of five parts:The first part is introduction.This paper mainly focuses on the causes of the topic,domestic and foreign research on the status of teacher training,related research concept definition,research significance, research methods to start.The second part is the theoretical basis and policy evolution of rural teacher training.Through the corresponding theoretical study and policy analysis,this study tries to find out the corresponding theoretical and policy support for the research of rural teachers.The third part is about the follow-up investigation of the effectiveness of rural teacher training.Through the analysis of the results of the questionnaire,analyzes the survey of teacher's basic situation and the training situation.The fourth part is the analysis of the factors that influence the effectiveness of teacher training.Through statistical analysis method to explore the factors affecting the effectiveness of rural teacher training,analyzes the influence of different factors on different types of teachers in training,and lays the foundation for the purpose of improving the training effectiveness.The fifth part is the thinking and suggestion.Based on the analysis of the results of the survey,summed up the successful experience of rural teacher training,the possible solutions to the problems.
