With the continuous development of knowledge economy,education,especially higher education in the market competition more and more important role.Throughout the development process of the past decade of higher education,private and marketization reform of higher education has increasingly become a tendency.Independent Colleges in Higher Education Reform in China as the latest attempt,the use of market mechanisms to high-quality public education and social capital resources combine to promote higher quality resources to maximize the rational utilization.Among the many tangible and intangible resources constitute independent college,the teacher plays the most fundamental role of resources,which directly determines the development of independent colleges.Thus,independent college in order to improve the educational level and quality of education,to survive and develop in the competition,we must optimize the allocation of resources teachers.In this one,independent college itself,government,community resources for teachers of whether the rational allocation of Independent Colleges have an effect.In this paper,an independent faculty resources for the study,a clear concept of the independent faculty resources,and the resource allocation theory,human resource management theory and incentive theory of the three angles of Independent Colleges of Teacher Resource configurations analyzed.The use of empirical research methods to analyze the current situation of the independent faculty resources,on the one hand is the status of independent colleges to participate in research on the overall analysis,on the other hand chose Shanxi Academy of six independent case analysis.Based on the analysis of the status quo summarizes the advantages of Independent Colleges and the main problems in the resource allocation of teachers,and proposed the factors affecting the independent faculty resources,including both internal factors management philosophy and management system,including the government,social and other external factors.Finally,the optimization of resource allocation independent faculty to propose a solution:First,optimize the structure of teachers,make an inventory of existing teacher resources,including:strengthening the ranks of young teachers;emphasis on "Double Type" Teacher Training;promote the realization of all kinds of teachers' complementary advantages.Secondly perfect attract high-quality teachers and stable security system,including the scientific planning and remuneration system;establish reasonable performance management system.Finally,to promote the improvement of Independent Colleges external environment,including a clear legal status,strengthen government regulation;with the market mechanism,play to their advantage;shift public opinion,encourage community participation.
