Gratitude is one of the fine traditions of China. It is the basic guidelines to one's behavior, and is a kind of noble character, the basis of maintaining social stability. Noble virtue is significant for teenagers' character growth,personality shaping,view of life,world view,value establishing,for the construction of a harmonious society in our country.At present,the society paying attention to intellectual education,and ignoring moral-civilization education. Because of the influence of China's basic national conditions,both school education and family education,mostly to students' grades as a judgment standard,elementary moral cultivation is often played down,the Thanksgiving consciousness of students is gradually lost.The author works in the An Shun fifth primary school,in order to help schools and parents to undertake the student education in an all-round way. So the author choose the An Shun fifth primary school students and their parents as the research object,through combining with individual interviews and questionnaire,to survey the current situation of gratitude consciousness and gratitude education in pupils,and analysis the causes.Through the investigation and study found that most of the pupils still have basic sense of gratitude,but because of the attention of parents,the implementation of school,the influence of growing environment,children's moral education attainment is the good and bad intermingled.
