Due to its special geographical position, the climate is very dry,it is located in the Silk Road Economic Zone,it is a multi-ethnic settlements, the tourism industry developed rapidly, the tourism industry on the urban environment is very well,The good development of the environment is the foundation for the better development of the economy. In recent years,Turpan has developed a series of environmental problems due to the rapid development of tourism and fruit industry. With the development of economy,Development investment is increasing, education development trend is good,education-economy-ecosystem development imbalance problem is also increasingly apparent. This paper studies the coupling and coordinated development of education, economy and ecosystem in Turpan, and first selects the data from 1990 to 2015 for 26 years, evaluates the overall development of education, economy and ecosystem in Turpan,Economic and ecological systems in Edikut District of turpan city from 2010 to 2015,the coupling and coordinated development of each township was obtained, and the coupling result Finally,Stella model is used to simulate and forecast the education, economy and ecosystem of Turpan, and the values of each index in the future 20 years are obtained. The main results are as follows:(1)The overall development level of education system in Turpan is on the rise, but the overall score is low.In 1980,the comprehensive level of education in Turpan was 0.0998,and the comprehensive score in 2015 was 0.8493.From 1980 to 2015,36 years increased by 0.749,a relatively large increase, indicating that education has been very good development. Before 2000,primary education was higher than secondary education and early childhood education. After 2000,secondary education and early childhood education had been well developed, with a higher level of development than primary education.Economic development is divided into economic development and economic structure, economic development score is better than the economic structure of the score, from 1960 to 2015,56 years, economic development can be divided into three stages, the first stage: 1960-1977,the economyThe score of development is higher than that of economic structure, which indicates that the economic structure in this period is helpful to the development of economy. The absolute difference of economic development and economic structure score is0.0092,the minimum is 0.0003,the absolute difference is small, the second stage is1978 By 1988,the economic structure score was higher than the economic development score, this period belongs to the economic restructuring and exploration period, and gradually attach importance to the development of special industries and the balanced development between various industries. The third stage: from 1989 to2015,the economic development score is higher than the economic structure score. This period is the period of structural adjustment of the economy, the layout of various industries is reasonable, the level of economic development is also increasing;the status quo of ecological environment has been in a steady state,a slight increase, the rising trend is not obvious.26 years of cultivated land area increased by 5550 hectares,Turpan city in high temperature, fragile environment, not only to maintain the original arable land, and continue to cultivate a new people for the production and use of land, and people on the oasis of cultivated land protection awareness Great relationship.(2)According to the magnitude of D value,From 1990 to 2015,it is divided into six stages: the first stage: from 1990 to 1991,in the stage of mild dislocation,In this stage, the development of education is given priority, the ecological development is lagging behind. At this stage, the economic development is mainly at the expense of the environment, which is a kind of extensive development mode, which has a great impact on ecology. The second stage: from 1992 to 1995,the ecological environment was given priority to development and the development of education was relatively slow.In the period from 1996 to 2005,the education development was lagging behind;from 1996 to 1998,it was in the stage of reluctant coordination. In the year of 2003,the ecology was given priority to development and the economic development lagged behind. From 1999 to 2001 and 2004 to 2005,the ecology was given priority to development, education was lagging behind and the economic development and education development were basically coordinated. The fourth stage: from 2006 to2009,Stage,the development of ecology is given priority, the development of education is lagging behind;the fifth stage: 2010 to 2012,in the middle stage of coordination, education priority development in 2010,ecological development lags behind, ecological priority development in 2011;Ecological development will lag behind;the sixth stage: 2013 to 2015,in a good coordination stage,2013 priority economic development, education development lag,2014-2015 economic priority development, ecological development lag.The level of development was far higher than the level of education and economic development, and the level of education and economic development was basically coordinated.During this period, the ecological and educational development had less impact on ecology.Ecological development level is better.(3)The coordination of education and economy: from the time series,5 years,Edikut economic and ecological system coordinated development of 9 townships, the coordination of four towns and townships in Edikut District of economic and ecological system,Development level has remained unchanged, three townships were down a grade, two towns rise a level.from the space: in 2010 Turpan city Edikut District as a whole Economic and ecological coordination Development level is not high, the level of development from low to high as follows: Karahoja,Astana,Aydingkol,Daheyan Zhen,Shinggim,Qiquanhu Zhen,Uzumqilik,Qatkal,Yar zhen.In 2015,the coordinated development level of the nine townships in Edikut District of Turpan is quite different. The overall development level ranges from low to high:Karahoja,Astana,Aydingkol,Qiquanhu Zhen,Shinggim,Daheyan Zhen,Uzumqilik,Qatkal,Yar zhen. The coordinated development of education, economy and ecology in 9 townships in Edikut District shows that the coordinated development level of education, economy and ecosystem changes greatly, and some villages and towns remain unchanged.Among them,Aydingkol,Shinggim,Uzumqilik and Yar zhen have remained unchanged for three years, and Aydingkol,Shinggim and Uzumqilik have been in a reluctant coordination without any change,Yar zhen has been in good coordination Development status;Karahoja Township and Qatkalship rose a grade,Karahoja Township from mild dislocation to imminent imbalance,Qatekale Township from middle-level coordination to rise to good coordination;Astana,Seven Spring Lake Town,The river town, have shown a downward trend, which,Astana down two grades, from the primary coordination down to the imbalance,Qiquanhu Town and the river town from the verge of imbalance decreased to mild imbalance, decreased A level;from the space point of view,in 2013 Turpan City Edikutnine towns of education, economic and ecological system of coordinated development of large differences in coordination level from low to high as follows: Fort Township, the river town, seven springs Lake Township,Uzumqilik,Aydingkol, wins the township, three Fort Township,Qatkalship,Yar town.In 2015,the coordinated development level of Edikut District decreased in nine towns, and the order of coordinated development from low to high was: Daheyan Zhen,Qiquanhu Zhen,Karahoja,Astana,Aydingkol,Shinggim,Uzumqilik,Qatkal,Yar zhen.(4)The Stella component model was used to simulate the prediction of some indicators of the education-economy-ecosystem in Turpan city, and the simulated values were obtained from 2013 to 2033 in Turpan.
