The value research about high-level talents in universities and colleges based on the person's full scale development theory.With the development of the view of the evaluation work of high-level talents in universities and colleges.It is not only an important part of university development strategy work,but also the important condition of talents in colleges and universities own development.Traditional rewards and punishment of personnel assessment has a lot of defects,it's not conducive to the development of talents in colleges and universities.Developing talent evaluation promotes the development of talents in colleges and universities for the purpose,respects the characteristics of talent,inspires their main body spirit,realization of personal value maximization.This article defines the concept of high-level talents in universities and colleges,reviews the related research results at home and abroad,analyzes the characteristics of high-level talents in universities and colleges and the related theory of talent evaluation.Research the evaluation process of university talents at home and abroad.Points out the disadvantages of domestic talent evaluation in colleges and universities.Paper constructed the high-level talent value evaluation system of colleges and universities based on the analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Constructed by the basic quality,knowledge structure,ability quality,teaching and research duties,service work consisting of six aspects development of the comprehensive evaluation index system,high-level talents in universities and colleges on the basis of predecessors' research achievements for reference.By using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to give corresponding weight coefficient.Papers on the implementation of developing talent evaluation were expounded from the evaluation methods and the evaluation process,and introduces the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method in the evaluation process,makes it hard for evaluation of quantitative indicators to better solution.Finally from the viewpoints of the country,the university and the talent itself for college talent cultivation strategy put forward the corresponding suggestions.Through high-level talent value evaluation research in colleges and universities,to build the development of high-level personnel evaluation system in colleges and universities,the development of college talent evaluation should be of people development as a starting point,increase of the index of potential ability quality talents in colleges and universities;Put forward the corresponding measures and strategy of personnel training,provide Suggestions for the reform of college talent evaluation.
