The development of moral quality is an important aspect of a person's comprehensive quality development.As an important supplement to the class director system,the primary school moral tutor system has achieved certain results in its implementation,and there are still some problems.The research on the guidance system,moral education guidance system and elementary school moral education guidance system is quite rich in the academic circles at home and abroad.This paper collates it from the theoretical point of view and expounds the connotation,characteristics,basic functions and implementation significance of the primary school moral education guidance system.The Linhu experimental elementary school in wuzhong district of Suzhou carried out the practice of moral education guidance system.The school conducted organizational leadership,propaganda and launch work,and made clear the selection and responsibilities of mentors.At the same time,it established a work flow and a regular system.Then,the moral teacher and the guided students work,and do a good record and summary of its implementation.The moral education guidance system shows strong superiority in the moral education of the school and has good implementation results.However,there are many problems and deficiencies in the school,teachers and students.There are two main causes of the problem,subjective and objective,aiming at these two reasons,this paper attempts to propose corresponding improvement strategies.The implementation of elementary school moral education guidance system is conducive to excavating the characteristic connotation of elementary school moral education work and realizing the individualization and individualization of elementary school moral education;It is helpful to understand the moral growth process of elementary school students,promote the internalization of elementary school students'moral qualities,and maintain the physical and mental health of elementary school students;It is beneficial to the improvement of moral education consciousness and ability of the subject teachers,to build and strengthen the construction of moral education instructors in primary schools,and to realize the common growth of primary school teachers and students.
