In order to improve the quality of education and implement the fundamental task of building virtue and cultivating people,on July 24,2021,the general office of the CPC Central Committee and the general office of the State Council issued the opinions on further reducing the burden of students' homework and after-school training in the stage of compulsory education,reducing the burden on students and parents,as well as teachers to a certain extent.Since the implementation of the "double reduction policy",initial results have been achieved.However,it is worth noting that the tendency of exam oriented education still exists.Schools in different regions still have an embarrassing situation of "important to say,secondary to do,and not to be busy" in implementing policies.Teachers' pressure is doubled,and job burnout occurs from time to time,which is worthy of attention and consideration from all walks of life.Based on the resource conservation theory(COR theory),job demand resource model theory(JD-R theory)and Maslow's demand hierarchy theory,this study takes the junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong as the research object,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics to reveal the current situation of job burnout of junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong,This paper deeply analyzes the factors that affect the current situation of job burnout of junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong,in order to clarify the main reasons for its occurrence,and based on this,puts forward targeted and practical suggestions,hoping to provide some reference for the job burnout of junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong and related research,so as to promote the mental health development of junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong.Based on the survey results and data analysis,the research results are as follows:(1)in terms of gender,nearly 60% of junior middle school PE teachers in Hanzhong City are male teachers and nearly 40% are female teachers;In terms of professional title and teaching age,the proportion of physical education teachers is reasonable;The average scores of each dimension from high to low are: low sense of achievement,emotional exhaustion,depersonalization;(2)Demographic variables gender,age,teaching age,educational background,monthly income,professional title,school geographical type have significant differences in all dimensions of job burnout,of which emotional exhaustion is the most prominent;(3)In the three dimensions of emotional exhaustion,low sense of achievement and depersonalization,the emotional exhaustion dimension is more serious,accounting for59.6%,and depersonalization dimension is the least serious,accounting for 18.9%;(4)The job burnout of junior middle school physical education teachers in Hanzhong city is mainly affected by three factors: personal factors,school factors and social factors.These three factors interact and jointly cause the job burnout of teachers.
