Vocational education is an important part of national education system and human resource development.Vocational education is shouldering the important responsibility for diverse talent,inheriting the technical skills and promotes employment entrepreneurship.The development of vocational education should not only pay attention to hardware construction,system construction,in the process of talent training,the thought idea,the occupational consciousness and so on also should cause the attention of the same.Professional concepts related to vocational schools students for their future to be engaged in professional view and attitude,and their future job employment,and even the entire career.Career maturity is refers to the individual control with career development stage of the relevant information,and on this basis,make suitable to itself a preparation for career decision-making level.Career maturity reflects the vocational students in choosing career awareness,employment.Therefore,to study the status of vocational maturity in vocational students,help students establish a correct concept of career is the urgent needs of the current vocational education development.This study was sampling in a Guizhou vocational school,640 students as samples,using the student career maturity inventory,the students of grade three or four in the questionnaire.Found the studentscareer maturity inventory in the vocational students have higher;the reliability and validity of Vocational students' career maturity is at medium level in general;Boys career maturity score slightly higher than the girls,boys professional independent score higher than girls,girls friends dependence degree is higher than boys;Significant differences between different students career maturity;Only child's career maturity is significantly higher than the one-child;Affiliations and professional practice has no impact on the students' vocational maturity score,but the dimensions in society had a part-time experience in the professional confidence of students score higher.Facing the opportunity of the current vocational education development,vocational colleges should attach importance to students' career guidance and planning,through the cooperation between colleges,parent-school cooperative,establish school-society-the family integration system of career counseling,help students set up for professional ideas.
