Exploration On Path Of Community Self-government Involved By Social Work

The process of community governance innovation provides the development of community self-government with a fertile soil.And more and more communities begin to explore the practice of self-government.Recent years,more and more governments are buying social work projects to put into the community,hoping that the professional social work`s services could promote the development of community.Therefore,the purpose of the social workers involved in community self-government is to promoting community participation through their professional services.Considering of the government situation,the try is becoming a way out of the dilemma from social governance.So,how social workers promote community self-government through professional service and how to take the practice of strategy?This paper takes the JXC community project where social work is brought to help community realize self-government as an example.This paper analyzes the practice process of social workers' involvement in community self-government through literature,interview and questionnaire.And we want to discuss the practice path of social workers' involvement in community self-government,under the background of community governance innovation.At last,we will summarize the effectiveness and shortcomings of the practice.In the overall layout,the paper regards the social workers involved in the practice process as the main line,coming into the community-assessing the need-establishing relations-developing plans-carrying out services-assessing services-following up the services.We will focus on the specific practice of carrying out the service description.The main steps include the following aspects: enhancing the participation of members to participate in awareness,and building community mutual aid network;cultivating community elite;incubating community self-government organizations-residents council;assisting in the completion of the residents of the Council's mechanism to build and relying on the residents of the Council to expand the scope of services.At the same time,the paper would use Bodieu's "field-habit" as an analytical tool to analyze the changes of the actors through the social workers involving in the capital and habit.And the paper would show how social workers complete the field changes through the service,achieving community self-government.The innovation of this paper depends on analyzing the process of social workers intervention from the perspective of unique field theory.Besides,the paper discusses the practice path of the social workers involved in community self-government.It clarifies how social work intervention can change the behavior of community actors,promote community participation and achieve community self-government.
