Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Law Education In Colleges And Universities

Since the fourth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee,with the background of advancing rule of law,more than 190 construction and reform have been putting forward,and education is one of the important tasks,which is of great significance on the development of country in the future.The rule of law education is the breakthrough of education reform,which is closely linked to university development.Doing well in university students' education of law has great importance on the establishment of legal ideology of college students,the improvement of legal consciousness,and even the overall strategy of the construction of the country under the rule of law and the socialist modernization advancement.In this paper,the literature analysis,investigation method,empirical analysis,case analysis and other research methods are adopted,questionnaire investigation about the present situation of university students' education of law has been made,which is analyzed by spss17.0.Combing with the typical case analysis,we found the main problems about college students of the rule of law education at present,which are the lack of attention on rule of law education co,the insufficiency of the rule of law education corresponding curriculum,single teaching method,lack of professional teachers,the insufficient emphasis on the development of law education.These factors seriously restrict the development of college students' rule of law education,making the college students' rule of law education in trouble.For improving the effectiveness of undergraduate legal education in universities,the pertinent opinions of the reform and development of the rule in universities are obtained.Firstly,it is a national level.State education departments should prepare the reform of college students' education teaching material content under the rule of law,resuming law basic course as a compulsory course in universities.Secondly,it is the social level.Optimizing the environment of society under the rule of law,forming good atmosphere are needed,the judicial organs of the rule of law publicity should be combined with legal education in universities.Thirdly,it is the school level.Optimizing the curriculum resources and enriching the teaching effect are required.The innovation of teaching method about legal education in universities should be made.The rule of law education practice for college students should combine with classroom teaching and outside class teaching.Allocation of professional teachers,teachers must receive the relative system of professional legal knowledge learning.Finally,it is the level of college students.Improving the consciousness of legal knowledge and interest,learning to master basic laws and regulations,and learning to use legal knowledge to solve practical problems in study and life are noted.
