Research On Scale Indicator System Of Sports Venues Construction Scale In Small And Medium-sized Cities

From the "national fitness is a national strategy",we can see that China pays more attention on sports development.The willingness of people's participation in sports is getting more passionate.With development of society and economy as well as people's increasing needs on material and spiritual life,their demands for sports venues are increasing.Scaled sports venues aim to provide area for exercising,sports training and competition.At the same time,scaled sports venues become an indispensable and essential part of our daily life.This paper takes the indicator system for building sports venues in small and medium-sized cities as the research object,using the methods of literature,Delphi,precedence chart,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,analyzing existed problems of scaled sports venues in small and medium-sized cities and shortcomings of sports venues' construction standards,exploring indicators influencing the construction of scaled sports venues.By setting up indicator system and its weight,filtering data of cities,this paper calculates the reference standard,reaching the following conclusions:1.Small and medium scale cities exist problems in sports venues construction.Problems need to be solved in imbalanced quantity and area in varied cities.2.Construction of scale stadiums and Gymnasiums in small and medium-sized cities in China should take into consideration various factors,such as the political system,level of economic development,size of urban population,the overall planning of cities,the sports events and the technical level.3.This paper preliminary sets up 5 first-level indicators and 17 second-level indicators according to factors influenced scale of stadiums in small and medium-sized cities as well as construction standards.Through two rounds of expert feedback,this paper revises and completes the indicators,finally established 4 first-level indicators—economic development,population scale,sports events and overall planning of the city,12 second-level indicators—per capita GDP,per capita disposable income,the added value of tertiary industry,population size,population density,proportion of sports population,event level,type and density,road paving rate,per capita area,the venue construction costs,which constitute indicator system for building sports venues in small and medium-sized cities.4.In this study,seventeen experts marking results were calculated,which contributes to weighted index of each indicator.By calculating weight valued and dimensionless valuecorresponding each city,this paper sets up a referable standards,so as to offer reference for the construction of sports venues in small and medium-sized cities.
