Research On The Investment Mechanism Of Graduate Education From The Perspective Of Educational Equity

With the vigorous development of graduate tuition in our country,the issue of educational equity has once again become the focus of social concern.Study of students is an important part of the postgraduate education system,in the promotion of the postgraduate education fair,to encourage outstanding graduate students to maximize their potential to create and promote the healthy and vigorous development of postgraduate education plays an irreplaceable role.At the same time,improving and implementing the graduate subsidy policy is a major reform in the field of higher education in China.This paper from the perspective of educational equity,Graduate funding policy of relevant concepts and theoretical basis,exploring the historical trajectory of postgraduate funding policy,explore the new policy supporting the comprehensive reform of charges,investigation and analysis of the implementation of subsidy policy for graduate students in China,summed up the main problems existing in the implementation of financial aid policy for graduate students the main problems found from the system,funding management fund evaluation system,finance supervision mechanism and feedback mechanism for funding,and the analysis of existing problems,combined with the construction of fair and adequate compensation,the principle of gradual advance,Graduate funding system,puts forward the suggestion of postgraduate subsidy system.This study adopts literature research method,historical research method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,comparative method,carding and analysis of relevant literature research funding,and the investigation and statistics of graduate funding policy implementation situation,in order to find the main problems existing in the implementation of the subsidy policy of our country graduate from the text level and practical level,and absorbed the British and American graduate funding policy advantage,finally to put forward the countermeasures to perfect our postgraduate subsidy system.According to the concrete problems in funding policy exists,the difference principle,full compensation principle,fair principle graduate funding policy optimization is put forward from the perspective of education fairness,and put forward the optimization of graduate funding countermeasures and suggestions.
