With the technological advancements and the development of society,the network media is closely related to people's lives,Media literacy has become one of the most important literacies to people.In the educational environment of modern media,Middle school teachers are not only asked to have the abilities of identifying,selecting and using information on the Internet,but also have information-processing skills to improve teaching efficiency.However,lacking of understanding the nature of teaching media becomes one of the reasons why the teachers in middle schools are in the low level of media literacy.Under this circumstance,this research is based on the law of teaching media,focusing on the training mode and method of middle school teachers' media literacy.This research involves the following tasks:Firstly,This paper reviewed the current situation of the research on media literacy and teaching media both at home and abroad;discussed the connotation and significance of teachers' media literacy.Secondly,This paper adopted the questionnaire survey and investigated the current situation of media literacy of middle school teachers in Beilun District.It also analyzed the current situation and problems that exist in middle school teachers.It has discovered several problems.The cognition of teaching media is weak.There is a lack of awareness about the cultivation of media literacy.Aslo,The weak awareness of the application of teaching media and the poor ability to use teaching media are still common among the middles school teachers.Thirdly,This paper reviewed the development of teaching media and its educational significance.According to the chronological order,the paper reviewed the history of the development of traditional teaching media and modern teaching media;Using it as a base,From the perspective of time,characteristics and application,this paper summarized the development law of teaching media.According to the time order,the research illustrated the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of the teaching media in each period and its significance in Education.Fourthly,Through the investigation and analysis of middle school teachers' media literacy,based on the development law of teaching media,this paper summed up the training strategies for middle school teachers' media literacy.It designed the basic model of media literacy training for middle school teachers,and explained the various aspects of the training model.The paper put forward the method of media literacy training for middle school teachers,and provided reference how to cultivate middle school teachers' media literacy.Finally,the author summarized the deficiencies in the research,and provided the direction of further research.
