Framework Design And Application Of Continuing Education Management System

In recent years,with the increase of social competition and the strengthening of learning awareness,the society has a growing number of requirements for the continuing education and training.As the major of the continuing education team,higher education institutions are becoming more important.However,with the continuous increases of the education scale and training projects,the management of continuing education in higher education institutions is more complex than before,and the conventional management format cannot meet the requirements of continuing education development any more.It is urgent to solve the issues brought by conventional education format.According to the practical demands of continuing education management,it is necessary to establish a unitive management platform of the continuing education in order to implement informative management for each stage.This article takes the Ningbo University as the example,based on the issues from the current practical management process of continuing education,to propose the necessity and significance of a comprehensive management system for continuing education.This article analyses the business management of continuing education in higher education institutions,including project management,advertisement management,recruitment management,receipt management,certificate management and so on.According to different roles and process,role analysis and functional design,such as student,project administrator,administrator,manager of continuing education institution,the department of finance bills administrator,propsing the whole design of system architecture,accomplishing the background of system comstruction reaearch,the system requirement analysis,architecture design,database model design,functional module design,operating environment and security design,solving the comprehensive demand of data sharing,project declaration,enrollment management,process customization,certificate issuance in higher education institutions.Combining with the practical demands,this article uses SSH as the system structural framework and adopts B/S three-class format.By using Java,JSP,MySQL and other technologies,the new approach can realize the development and implementation of continuing education system.This can provide reliability and convenience for the high performance of the system.This system has been taken a comprehensive test before formal use and can achieve the design requirements.The developed system reduces the working strength of the department of continuing education,meanwhile enhances the working efficiency and provides convenient services for management staffs and students.
