Quality-oriented education as an educational concept,has been the main theme of China's education reform.In order to deepen the implementation of quality-oriented education,in September 2014,the State Council promulgated the "on the reform of the examination system of the implementation of the views." Therefore,this study takes the quality-oriented education and the new college entrance examination as backgrounds,through the investigation of four ordinary high school in Ningbo,under the new college entrance examination the ordinary high school students training model was studied.The first part and the second part are the backgrounds of this study.This paper focuses on the two major backgrounds,namely,the comprehensive development of quality-oriented education and emphasizing the concept of selective education of the new college entrance examination.And focus on Zhejiang Province New college entrance examination program and make a more comprehensive interpretation about it.The third part and the fourth part are the theoretical analysis of this study.This paper analyzes the value pursuit of ordinary high school students' training mode,that is,returns to the value orientation of people-oriented and strengthens the value of innovation-driven.Then it analyzes the theoretical basis of the training mode of ordinary high school students,namely,comprehensive development theory and multiple intelligences theory.Finally,on the basis of the above two theoretical analysis,it is considered that the normal logic of the training mode of ordinary high school students is mainly embodied in four levels,namely,the goal of training should be comprehensive and individualized,and the curriculum should be selective and diversified,teaching form should focus on innovation and humanization,evaluation methods should reflect the value-added and diversified.The fifth part is the investigation and analysis of the present situation.This paper examines the status quo of the training mode of four ordinary high schools by means of interviews,questionnaires,etc.,from the aspects of training objectives,curriculum design,teaching forms and evaluation methods.At the same time,from the country,schools,teachers and students at four levels of training model analysis the reasons for the present problems of training model.The sixth part is the counter measures and suggestions of this study.In general,ordinary high school can plan or reform the student training mode from four major aspects,that is to strengthen the training goal orientation and create the school culture characteristics;to rich curriculum type,focusing on career planning guidance;to innovative teaching mode,implementing the concept of student-oriented;to improve the student evaluation system,highlighting the function of comprehensive evaluation.
