Research On The Supervision Of Social Work Service Project

Different from the “post system” of social work service purchase mode,the“project system” has the absolute advantage in the stage and quantification of service index,by comparing the quantitative indicators mentioned in the tender,the government has a dominant role in the assessment of service effectiveness,which is to achieve the goal of objectively showing the effectiveness of the use of financial funds,finally.So “project system”social work service purchasing mode has gradually become the main social work service purchasing mode in China(following refers to“project system”),and the government uses mode of project outsourcing mechanism to buy social work services of social work agencies.The advantages of the “project system”,which need supporting by the high self-determination and perfect social work service supervision system will emerge.However,in recent years,through the exaggerating expected effectiveness of services to obtain the bidding of project and forge the effect of services to defraud the project funds from time to time,and social workers have usually complained that “the main task of social work has become an indicator”,and the advantageous effects of“project system” greatly reduce--there are also some disadvantages appearing behind the thriving social work.According to the author's practice experiences,the author takes A social work service project as the research object and investigate the supervision system of social work service project,by carrying out the research on the relevant supervision conditions of A social work service project,pointing out that there are lack of relevant laws and regulations of social work services,third-party assessment out of place,supervisors' lacking of professional quality and governments supervision awareness,and project implementation is non-transparent,a series of problems such as a single supervision approach are the main reasons for the poor implementation effect of the “project system”.Therefore,the author hopes to put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the main body of supervision,the content of supervision,the way of supervision,the supervision process and the supervision cycle to provide some references for the development of social work service project system.
