The education is the fundamental content in one hundred plan.With the Chinese nation for a better life,education is the foundation of national revitalization and social progress and the basic way to improve the national quality and to promote the all-round development of people.Teaching equipment is an important content of promoting education fair and effective means,is to improve the education quality of teaching and the innovation important carrier of cultivating talents.Promote the compulsory education balanced development,the strategic tasks to the balanced development of compulsory education,establishing and perfecting the compulsory education balanced development safeguard mechanism,pushing forward the construction of the standardization of compulsory education school equilibrium configuration teachers,equipment,books,school resources,and promote,are the objective need in the education balanced and education fair.This topic on the basis of empirical research,with the rural small-schools in Xingguo County as investigation objects,using literature study,questionnaire,interview method,field survey method,based on an analysis of the present situation of domestic and foreign related research,carried out a research into the following several aspects:First,with a survey of the distribution for 111 rural small-schools in Xingguo County,formulate the distribution of 111 rural small-schools in Xingguo County on the map,to understand Xingguo County still has a large number of rural small-schools,especially in the remote mountains.In addition,the rural small-schools have necessarily associated with traffic.Second,with a survey of teaching equipment resources for 25 rural small-schools in Xingguo County,Found these rural small-schools have difficulties in serious lack of teaching equipment resources,teachers and schools.Especially the modern multimedia teaching equipment resources.There is almost no modern multimedia teaching equipment resources.There are outstanding problems in the use of equipment resources at the rural small-schools.Such as improper maintenance,maintenance is not convenient and in idle.Third,analyzed the rural small-schools teaching equipment allocation of resources of national standard and Jiangxi province standard,and find out the gap and existing problems between the present situation of rural small-schools and the national standard and Jiangxi province standard,and then build a suitable for rural small-schools teaching equipment resource allocation standard.Fourth,according to the configuration standard for teaching equipment resources,develop the rural small-schools teaching equipment resources distribution configuration of measures and the corresponding strategy,and strategy of teaching the effective use of equipment resources.The research results and conclusions has a certain reference and model function for the institute of rural small-schools teaching equipment on the configuration of the construction and the effective utilization of resources.They can even be extended to other rural remote areas of the country's rural places of the construction of teaching resource allocation and effective use.
