Research On The Allocation Of Rural Conpulsory Education Resources In Fengqiu County Under The Background Of The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which is a new historical orientation for China's development and a new era coordinate for the development of education.Xi Jinping proposed that China should implement the strategy of rural revitalization in the new era and promote it in accordance with the general requirements of prosperous industries,ecological livable environment,civilized rural culture,effective governance and prosperous life.Rural revitalization,Education first.Education is the foundation of development.The improvement of rural education level is conducive to the cultivation of more talent resources,the promotion of scientific and technological level,the improvement of agricultural and rural modernization level,and the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.The allocation of rural compulsory education resources is an important part of the development of education in the new era,and is also an important standard to measure the fairness of education.The report of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward that we should give priority to the development of education,accelerate its modernization,ensure education that meets the people's satisfaction,promote the integrated development of compulsory education in urban and rural areas,attach great importance to compulsory education in rural areas,and ensure that every child can enjoy a fair and quality education.Therefore,through the study of the allocation of rural compulsory education resources,we should find the existing problems in the allocation of rural compulsory education resources,and then develop targeted countermeasures to promote the development of rural compulsory education level better.Under the background of the new era,In this paper,the author takes fengqiu county rural compulsory education resources allocation on as the object of research.The authoranalyzes the current situation of the county in the allocation of rural compulsory education resources from four aspects,including the faculty,school-running conditions,educational funds and school management,and finds out the existing problems in the allocation of rural compulsory education resources.The problems are as follows: weak faculty;Poor educational conditions;The educational fund is little,the source is single and the fund lacks the autonomy;The school management level is low.In this paper,the author used the public product theory,education equity theory and the theory of resource allocation,dialysis rural compulsory education resource allocation problems,put forward improving teachers configuration level,improving school running conditions,optimizing the use and management of education funds,improving school management level countermeasures to improve rural compulsory education resources allocation.
