In December 2016,in the ideological and political work conference,President Xi Jinping pointed out that the ideological and political in order to achieve practical results need to be changed because of what is needed,because sometimes,because of the situation and,at the same time,he stressed that the use of new media and new technology can make the ideological and political work and can promote the traditional advantages of ideological and political work and the high degree of integration of information technology information,enhancing the sense of the times and attractive power.As an important carrier of Ideological and political work of college students,ideological and political education discourse is the bridge of communication between educators and educational objects.In recent years,with the development of digital technology and media technology,the new media have been developed rapidly and become popular and it has a great influence on on human social production and life style;people's ideas,living style and living conditions have changed significantly.In the context of new media,the traditional discourse of Ideological and political education of college students showed a certain degree of adaptability,affinity is not enough,the pertinence is not strong and the delayed update therefore,due both to the lack of discourse between the educators and educational objects,discourse effectiveness is difficult to achieve the thepurpose of Education;At the same time,the rapid development and progress of the new media also provides unprecedented opportunities for the change and innovation of the ideological and political education discourse,so as to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,to maintain its inherent discourse status,must realize the effective transformation of the discourse of Ideological and political education of College Students under the new media context,absorbing the nutrient of the times that can make the discourse full of new vigor and vitality,which can meet the current needs of overall development of College Students' and develop the new height and new realm of Ideological and Political Education.In this paper,guided by the theory of ideological and political education discourse,combined with the current situation of the development of new media,taking College students' Ideological and political education discourse as the research object,focuses on the analyzes the influence of the new media context on the discourse of Ideological and political education of College Students;And discusses deeply the problems and causes of College Students' Ideological and political education discourse under the new media context from the content of discourse,discourse communication mode and discourse form.Finally,combining with the characteristics of the new media and the relevant theories,from the principles of transformation,discourse concept,the content of discourse,mode,and try to sum up and explore the implementation of new ideas and methods of discourse transformation.
