Teacher-student dialogue is the real existing way of teacher-student relationship,and is the key to open the door of teaching significance,which has a positive influence on the development of building teacher-student spirit world and strengthening education's roots in reality.However in the education practice,teacher-student dialogue has been gone astray in reality.As a kind of education pathological phenomena,fuzzy teacher-student dialogue is slowly shrinking and loses its positive function,and has a negative effect on the education in the whole than before.Prejudices and misunderstandings of teacher-student dialogue are accompanied with this phenomena,the true dialogue was either considered as absolute consistency,or considered as over-interpretation in the contact between teachers and students.Generally speaking,there is no correct discrimination between fuzzy and true teacher-student dialogue.So it is needed for us to have a clear clarification about it.As a practical activity to point into human,true education should be a process of deep soul interaction between teachers and students,and then the purpose of people-oriented education realized in this process between teachers and students.So in the conversation,teachers and students have been no longer adopted an alternative value orientation,but it is a beneficial harmony inter-growth relationship,this is the real education.No matter in present educational theory and practice,the return of the human is emphasized,and the people-oriented value position is advocated than before,and there is the echo of connotation of the true education.In a word,true education and the people-oriented value position are more and more urgent to call up a suitable teacher-student dialogue than before.As a whole,no matter standing on the people-oriented value position,or rethinking the phenomena of fuzzy dialogue,or in the view of the prejudices and misunderstandings between teachers and students,we should focus our heart on theresearch of teacher-student dialogue to prevent these prejudices and misunderstandings from happening.This article attempts to clear the core concept,analysis the existing problem,explore the causes,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures by four steps,so it will include four parts just as follow:Firstly,clear what the real teacher-student dialogue is.Comparing with dialogues in the other fields,teacher-student dialogue is a special kind in the education field.In the view of education,this article analysis the connotation of “educational concept”and “dialogue” in order to grape their common characteristics.On the basis of that,finally it comes to the conclusion: the real teacher-student dialogue is an associate activity,which points to achieve the goal of spiritual acquaintance,creating existence significance,in the teaching world where teachers and students are coexistent.There are three features: On the origin and return,it occurs in the independent teaching-world;on the core,spiritual acquaintance is the substance;on the effectiveness,it's the power of expanding and realizing existence significance.Secondly,describe the distortion of teacher-student dialogue existing in practice of education.There are four kinds of the phenomenon: false performance,pursuit of efficiency,strict demanding consensus,over interpretation.And there are required to be divided into two forms:(1)Disguised dialogue.It's the mean of realizing outer purpose,evolved into pure management and control,becomes one form of which one should control many.(2)Weak dialogue.It's an aimless chat,evolved into personal emotion,becomes one form of which many should control one.Thirdly,explore the causes on the distortion of teacher-student dialogue.Starting from spirit-meeting as the core,there are three causes to let it go wrong: reverse of ends and means,unbalance of same and difference,and mismatch of “self-being” and“self-making”.Specifically speaking,three factors include these: cognitive thinking has a negative effect on interaction between teachers and students;the hegemony discourse environment stops it from running;the unification of student evaluation system prevents it from operating in normality.Finally,based on the representation and attribution analysis,we should put forward measures about how teacher-student dialogue returns to authenticity: pay attention to the growth of soul world between teachers and students;create open and democracy speaking environment;build the student evaluation system of differences in priority.
