since the introduction of targeted poverty alleviation policy,the methods of helping poverty have been transformed to conform to the particular current situation in China.The targeted poverty alleviation used in education area aims to improve the quality of man power of the poor people to enforce the sustainability of future development.This is to change previous aimless supporting programs to clearer,targeted supporting programs.According to this policy transformation,Fuping County of Hebei province has also changed its ideas and methods in poor alleviation strategies.The county has put more emphasis on helping the poor to gain ability on improving themselves to be away from poverty by implementing targeted poverty alleviation policy,subsidies given to actual household and skill training.However,to realize the reciprocity in the relationship between economy development and education is not easy.It's a serious question confronting the local government to coordinate the two aspects.In light of this insight,the thesis will explore the use of targeted poverty alleviation in the area of education.Fuping County is a state-level poverty-stricken county,located in the Taihang-Yanshan poverty area.Whether among Hebei Province or China's 14 area 680 poor counties,it is known as the most typical poor area.During recent years,Fuping County has achieved great progress in education,by following the country's major policies and it continues to increase financial investment in schools at all levels.So school conditions have been greatly improved.However,there are still many deficiencies in the implementation of the policies,and there is also no awareness that education is not only a change in the area of education itself,but also through the development of economy and human resources.Through the analysis,Fuping County in the education of precision poverty alleviation still exists a big problem,including the education for the Fuping County poverty and educational poverty led to Fuping economic poverty of the two reasons analysis,pointed out that the Fuping County education precision The problems in poverty alleviation work mainly exist in the five levels of government,education,society,poverty itself and thought.This paper proposes to reform the policy ofprecision poverty alleviation,improve the policy of education resource allocation,establish a skills training system,improve the employment system and the use of Internet+education to spread the five strategies to achieve the improvement of educational poverty.The masses of the basic cultural knowledge and poverty alleviation ability are needed to fundamentally promote the development of poverty-stricken areas through economy development to finally achieve the county's prosperity.
