As an important way of quality-oriented education,extra-class activities make a crucial role in the teaching activities of primary and secondary schools.However,in some rural areas,the cultural and sports facilities is relatively backward,and the thought is relatively stale.The extra-class activities in primary and middle school presents to be simplex,which restrict the development of the extra-class activities.So the survey about the extra-class activities in the rural areas is of great significance.This thesis researches the current condition of the extra-class activities in MengCun County,Hebei province,On the basis of the analysis of the problems and reasons of primary school class extracurricular activities,and finally put forward the countermeasures to improve the management of extracurricular activities of rural primary schools in Mengcun county.and mainly includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction,which includes posing the question,explaining and defining the related concepts,the meaning and value of the research,researching methods and literature review.Then the author makes a detailed state of the above aspects.Investigate method,the basic information of investigated students and teachers..The extra-class activities management of Mengcun County primary school is the second part,which aims at analyzing the current condition of extra-class activities in rural primary school.The contents are as follow: the basic situation of the investigation,the respondents,the present situation,and getting the condition of the sample school basing the questionnaire and interview.The contents also include the environment of the sample school,the arrangement of students’ timetable,the facilities of extra-class activities,the use of extra-class time,the content and the recognition of extra-class life.Then by summarizing and analyzing the data,the author finds the following questions existing in current school: students’ independent consciousness of extra-class activities is poor,and the contents and forms of extra-class activities are monotonous.Besides,there is neither effective organization and arrangement,nor evaluation and feedback mechanism of extra-class activities.The third part is the analysis of the causes of the problems in rural extra-class activities.By analyzing the current problems,the author summarizes the causes of restricting rural extra-class activities,and the contents are as follow: the administrator’s idea is relatively laggard,and the funds and faculty are lacking.Besides,the system of teachers’ training is not complete,and the system guarantee is also lacking.The fourth part is the measures of strengthening extra-class activities in rural primary school.First of all,in order to improve the quality of extra-class activities,the management system should be established.Secondly,the government should strengthen the material supporting measures,including improving the standards of public funds,and enriching students’ knowledge and experience.Thirdly,the school should strengthen the management system construction of extra-class activities,including establishing the management organization,activities planning,and management system of extra-class activities.What’s more,the school should also establish the responsibility and assessment system.The last but not least,we should reinforce the cultural development to create positive and harmonious atmosphere in extra-class activities.
