With the development and progress of the times,the awareness and consciousness of individual consciousness and right of junior high school students are increasing day by day.At the same time,the external temptations faced by junior high school students are more and more,and the particularity of junior high school students' own age stage,ubiquitous social cognitive phenomenon: now junior high school students increasingly difficult to manage,more and more difficult to teach,generation than generation.However,due to the influence of the traditional culture and scientific orientation of the students' management philosophy,and the influence of the educational evaluation utilitarian system under the examination-oriented education,it is more difficult to teach than the teachers themselves,teachers and some inherent backward education ideas and simple and rude ways of education are often a source of problems leading to education crises and problems.Ideal classroom not only to pursue the effectiveness of classroom teaching and the development of students' cognitive ability,but also to pursue the needs of students and the desire to meet the needs of teachers and self-development of the needs and aspirations to meet the ultimate realization of teaching and learning to achieve the harmony and win-win classroom effect.Therefore,the study is based on the case study of zhenping xuefeng junior high school.It based on the investigation and study of the practice situation of rural junior high school classroom management,trying to classroom management research results at home and abroad for reference,put forward about improving the capacity of rural junior middle school teachers' classroom management strategies,in order to realize the teaching is learning,finally to person's development needs,build accord with the characteristics of its own development of the teachers and students to develop an ideal classroom management system.The study is divided into five parts:The first part,the introductions.This paper summarizes the problems and the significance of the study,summarizes the related researches on classroom management at home and abroad,defines the concepts related to classroom management,and introduces the research methods.The second part,the effective theoretical knowledge and methods of classroom management.Kounin's group teaching classroom management theory,RCM program(responsible classroom management),leadership management theory and classroom problem behavior to deal with two special strategies.This has played a reference for teachers to deal with various student behavior problems and change the traditional concept of teachers,and expand the teacher's innovative thinking.The third part,analyzes the present situation of classroom management in rural junior high school.This paper chooses ZhenPing Xuefeng Junior High School as the research object,through the method of questionnaire survey,the quantitative analysis of the current rural junior high school classroom management of the status quo in-depth analysis.The fourth part,the problems and causes of classroom management in rural junior high school.According to the second part of this study,the main problems and problems of rural junior high school classroom management are found out.The fifth part,to improve the rural middle school teachers classroom management strategy.On the basis of the fourth part,the five strategies are summed up: First,grasp the concept of change and establish a harmonious and democratic teacher-student relationship;Second,grasp pay attention to the degree of teachers to enhance the ability to manage;Third,grasp the evaluation of reform,to build a highly efficient classroom management of the multi-evaluation system;Fourth,grasp education training,to innovative teacher's classroom management style;Five is to grasp the environment optimization,to create a constructive classroom environment.
