Classroom management is a problem that any teacher will face.How to conduct classroom management is a difficult problem for all teachers for a long time.However,it was not until the 1960 s that the field of classroom management was specifically studied and the problems of classroom management were gradually noticed.Personalized education is an important trend in the education reform and development in the 21 st century.It pays attention to the comprehensive development and personality development of learners and becomes the broad consensus of all countries.At present,the development goal of education is to achieve the harmony of individuality.With people's gradual awakening consciousness on personality,the society which has higher requirement on quality education and pursues personalized development mode puts forward more strict requirements on schools----the main body of education.Under the current situation,the reform route of personalized education has been basically formulated,and in the field of education,"developing students' individuality" is the highest pursuit.Based on the domestic and foreign researches on primary school classroom management,setting the elementary school classroom personalized management as the research object,this essay uses the research and analysis data of the investigation on behaviors to find out the differences between the students' demands and the teachers' actual classroom teaching.Meanwhile,the author tries to find out reasons for the existence of the differences,and puts forward the strategies of the primary school classroom personalized management behaviors.This essay is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction which elaborates on the problems of this research,the significance of the research,the literature review,the research ideas and methods.The second part analyzes the problems and causes of classroom management in primary schools.Through the investigations and analysis of classroom problem behaviors connected with the students' gender difference,age difference,the author draws conclusions on the primary school classroom management present situation,and also analyzes the causes of primary school classroom management behavior problems.The third part analyzes the basic theory of the individualized management of primary school classroom,and analyzes the feasibility and necessity of individualized management in primary schools.In the fourth part,the author discusses the strategies of classroom individualized management behavior of primary school teachers.The fifth part introduces the case study of individualized management in primary schools.
