In today's era,a new round of scientific revolution is growing up.China is a rapidly rising power.In order to realize the dream of great rejuvenation of t he Chinese nation,we must vigorously develop our science education,train i nnovative talents that meet the needs of the times,and promote the further development of our society.Primary school is the foundation of students' learning,and it can lay asolid foundation for the cultivation students' good scientific accomplishment.So the Ministry of Education decided to start Science in the first grade inthe next semester in 2017,in order to cultivate students' scientific interestsand habits.But first grade students have just entered primary school andlack discipline consciousness.In school life,discipline is a criterionformulated by groups to safeguard common interests and ensure normalwork and life,and requires every member to abide by some guidelines,which impose external controls on human behavior.At the same time,schoollife discipline is the basis and means to realize all kinds of functionsof education and teaching.In this paper,the token system is applied to the discipline managementof science classroom.Token production is a behavior correction method,whose role is to help students correct bad habits and form good behavior habits.The author,as the researcher and the implementer,studies the role ofthe currency system in the classroom management from the perspective of theory and practice.Through the internship in a primary school,deep inside the classroom,classroom management problems of the current scientific under standing through the research methods of interview and observation,found thefirst grade students lack a sense of discipline,have formed the habit of good classroom behavior,at the same time through interviews with teachers and students,analyzes the reasons from these two aspects,the survey found the science classroom discipline management not only depends on the teachers teaching concept,teaching experience and teaching skills,and most students on classroom discipline awareness of the rules.Combining the pedagogical and psychological expertise,author applies the token system to the first-year science classroom,and divides the process into three stages: preparation stage and implementation stage.The preparation stage is to determine the target behavior,students determine the reinforcement ratio and the backup and token reinforcement;the implementation stage is the most important,discuss the behavior criterion and the students,making students classroom behavior observation scale observation,record and report form;and finally draw a conclusion in the first two stages on the basis of,the token system effect and should be paid attention to in the implementation of the problem.The token system is effective for the discipline management of science class,and it also proves that the system of token can be intervened by group.The last reflection and prospect tell teachers token system is not everything.If we want to carry out this system well,we must persist in carrying out all regulations conscientiously,and at the same time,we will help them with the help of parents.
