In the 21 st century,the modern education technology has a rapid development.And modern education technology has became an indispensable professional quality for modern teachers.The country has always pays attention to the education in rural areas,but the countryside is also the difficulty and key area of education information in China.As the main force of education in rural primary school,the special post teachers,which is of great significance to improve the overall quality of rural teachers.The application of modern education technology in teaching will directly determine the level of education information in rural primary schools.However,there has a lack of attention to the special teachers in the study.Compared with teachers in city,special post teachers has different teaching objects and the uniqueness of teaching environment.So how to promote application ability of the special post teachers education technology,so as to promote their professional development,and lead the rural education information to have a better promotion,all of these deserves further research.This thesis is based on the special post teachers in Lvliang City.Through the questionnaire survey and interviews to the teachers of modern education technology application.By present situation investigation and analysis,this paper found that Lvliang City special post teachers of modern education technology,who using the overall situation is not ideal.Hope this research,by analyzing the reasons,and puts forward the corresponding improvement strategy,to provide reference of application of ideas and suggestions,for the special post teachers especially in learning,education,education technology application ability and teaching practice.This paper includes the following five parts:The first part is the introduction.It mainly includes the issues,research significance,domestic and foreign related research review,and research ideas and methods.The second part is an overview of the technical competence of modern education.On the basis of combing relevant literatures,the related concepts were defined and the theoretical basis was introduced.The third part is the design and implementation of the modern education technology application survey of special post teachers.The questionnaire and interview were expounded from three aspects: design idea,object selection and implementation.The fourth part is the analysis and discussion of the investigation result.This study collected data through questionnaire survey and interview method,it investigates the application of modern education technology of special post teachers in 4 county elementary schools.And it has five dimensions,from the grasping the situation of modern education technology of teachers,the evaluation of modern education technology and experience,teacher’s modern education technical environment and atmosphere,teachers for the practical application of modern education technology,teachers of modern education technology application effect.Based on the questionnaire survey results and interview contents,this study finds out the problems existing in the application of modern education technology.The influence factors are analyzed from three aspects: teachers,schools and government.The fifth part is the strategy of improving the application ability of modern education in primary school teachers.By analysizing existed problems and causes,this paper puts forward suggestions from three aspects of teachers,schools and government,aiming at the above problems and influencing factors.Suggestions are:1.Teachers should pay attention to improving their own quality;2.The school should create a better atmosphere;3.The government should provide comprehensive protection.
