The Application Study Of Interactive Mode In The Special Work Of Veterans

Social care is the social security system that established according to military personnel and their families,play an important role in the construction of military and the development of the civil affairs.In the field of social work,lack of research on the veterans as the service object.Y service plan is one of the winning project of Suzhou second venture philanthropy supports.On the basis of the project,using interactive mode,creating a mutual support team,to assist the veterans relieve mental pressure of the lonely and helpless in real life,set up support networks in the interaction and cooperation,to explore the service mechanism of help the veterans to resolve personal crisis.Have an important significance for the theory innovation and practice development of social work.During the period of social transformation in China,this work also promote the development of the localization of social work.Firstly,This paper give a brief description of the research background and content of the project,do literature review on the characteristics of the system of foreign and the development process,existing problems and the reform direction of this system in our country.Secondly,do project research for the object of the veterans of Suzhou Prosperous Community,under the guidance of the theory of social support,evaluate their plight and the demand.Finally,evaluate service performance of the project,to refine and summary of practical technology and experience,reflect on its deficiencies and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The paper aims at through the project of the veterans mutual support group,research social work involved in the veterans,to provide practical experience and ideas for the social work involved veterans,to provides the basis for improvement and innovation of special care of social work service mode.
