The one-child-died family was a special group.Parents who had suffered their child's death have almost been in their twilight years and had much difficulties in their life.At present,there were still some problems existing in helping them,such as the unified policies,unprecise positioning and the one-sizefits-all solution in help and support.Without the consideration of the differences and hierarchy of the demanders caused by the different situation and environment both from their internal and external aspects,it could not only fail in satisfying the actual needs of the families,but also lead to the waste of resources to a certain extent.Based on the field investigation,the author made detailed analysis to the various difficulties and evaluated their needs of service of the one-child-died family from the long-term participation of two different helping program in the B block in Chaoyang District and the Z block in Xicheng District in Beijing as well as the observation and recording to every service activity and the interview with the demanders,the social workers and third parties of service providing.Also,embarked from the reality,the author planned and launched the social participation programs targeted to the onechild-died families from block B in Chaoyang District in Beijing under professional guidance applied the work mode of gardening interest group and obtained great effects.Besides,suggestions for the sustainable model of the involving program in the next stage and future help and service to one-child-died families were also put forward from the constant reflection during the practicing process by the author.
