A Research On Social Work Intervention Of One-child Died Group Resilience

The Family planning policy has published for 30 years,indeed to a certain extent,control of the population,the city's “only child” situation has become a mainstream.However,the implementation of the policy on the one hand speed up the process of aging in China,the population structure is increasingly unreasonable;on the other hand,comparing to the previous multi-families,the only child families bear more risk,once the only child suffered an accident,"one-child died parents " of this group will be produced.Then the bereavement of psychological trauma treatment and other issues of the old age period are followed.In this paper,the author select the one-child died group as the research object.Through summarizing and analyzing literature research,we found that in the face of the only child died,their parents will appear morbid with various types of crisis,because their individual and environmental protection factors are in the role of unfavorable,which couldn't resist and cope with stress,leading to the situation of spirit disintegration.This group needs social work intervention and help.After researching and summarizing the research results and related articles of other scholars,it is found that the current research on the one-child died group is rarely based on the time series,according to this,the author put forward research methods and innovations.On the basis of the corresponding design,this paper chooses the theory of "ABC theory","ABC-X theory" and "double ABC-X theory" as the theoretical framework of social work intervention.After the field investigation,the author obtained the situation of the one-child died families in the communities.The one-child died group generally faced the real problems such as the economic burden,the lack of nursing care and the deterioration of the relationship between husband and wife.It's an urgent need of social workers' intervention.The author uses three typical cases to illustrate how social workers intervene in different stages of the group(to deny the deceased de facto stage,to bear the painful stage of recovery,to restore the gentle life stage).After assessing the effect of intervention,the author conclude the general social worker intervention method.However,to let this group out of their dilemma,relying not only the strength of social worker but also the strength of society,community and organizations.The author concludes some methods,inspirations and suggestions to help the loss of those alone step out of various troubles,which can provide certain references for the practical study of the one child died group in social work.
