Classroom management is the process of establishing and maintaining class groups to achieve education goals.Its effectiveness is directly related to the efficiencyand quality of classroom teaching,and students' development and progress.At present,great achievement has been made on research of class management effectiveness,but still weak in Technician School.Chinese,as a basic subject,plays an important part in curriculum system and has a great significance on students' development.In Technician School,the malpractice of traditional educational mechanism “value sciences and neglect arts” and the poor quality of the pupils lead to more difficult management,worse teaching results and lower efficiency and so on in Technician School Chinese class.All those have an effect on whether students can receive effective Chinese education,so it is urgent to solve the problem of Chinese class effectiveness in technician school.Researchers should pay high attention on it.In order to have a comprehensive understanding of Chinese class management in Technician School and put forward efficient solutions,this research conducted a survey on 200 students from J Technician School in Weifang.The survey covers five dimensions,i.e.cognition,attitude,evaluation,feeling,expedition,utilizing questionnaire survey method.196 effective questionnaires have been collected,with collecting efficiency of 98%.Meanwhile,five Chinese teachers have been surveyed on the Chinese class management effectiveness from four dimensions: cognition,attitude,evaluation and feeling,expedition.After the investigation,problems have been found as followings: Students in Technician School have a negative learning attitude,and serious behavior problems exist;Chinese class management is generally low efficient.Chinese teachers can't manage the class teaching process efficiently;Chinese teachers can't restrict students effectively against their behavior problems.Behavior problem management in Chinese class is low even invalid;Class atmosphere management is missing.Then the reasons have been analyzed as followings: Students in Technician School have a poor knowledge basis,and they are seriously weary of studying;Technician students neglect Chinese,and they show little care of their performance in class and have a negative learning attitude;The Chinese teachers have low enthusiasm on class management which manifest in the teachers' uncompleted evaluation system and the missing efficient teachers' rights and interests safeguard mechanism against conflicts between teachers and students;Some Chinese teachers aren't equipped with efficient class management ability which shows in teachers' missing class management knowledge and skills,and deficient professional knowledge.In the end,on the basis of investigation and reference to literature domestic and abroad,the author puts forward five countermeasures to improve the efficiency of Chinese class management: Firstly,Chinese teachers should improve their cognition about Chinese class management effectiveness;secondly,improve Chinese teachers' class management skills;thirdly,improveChinese teachers' ability on dealing with the malpractice in class;fourthly,establish efficient system to boost the teachers enthusiasm on class management;fifthly,enforce the efficient management of class atmosphere.
