The goal of No.7 International High School is to cultivate first-class world citizens who get both Chinese sentiments and global vision,that's why the school come up with the motto,' Global Hawk with Chinese heart'.It is asking the students not only just have their Chinese sentiments but also a globally insight.At the same time,students are trained to have abundant knowledge but also the promotion of their own ability.To some degree,Chinese language teaching goal is basically in line with school education goal.Chinese language teaching aims at combining knowledge with ability,process with method,emotional attitude with values.To achieve this goal,our group began a very bold attempt in curriculum reform.In this process,as member of the Chinese team,I joined the research group.Consulting large quantities of information and according to our own experience,we finally focus on the study of the reorganization and creative use of reading textbook in International High School Chinese language teaching.First of all,consider the importance of Chinese teaching and especially reading teaching for international high school students and the problems of the Chinese curriculum setting for international high school:The reading part is very important in Chinese language teaching,but we still use normal Chinese high school textbooks because of the lack of unique International high school textbooks.Although we try our best to make the reading instruction more systematized,it is still lack of pertinence and applicability in teaching.And the students of the international high school have their unique needs,they need the Chinese classroom to give them more Chinese culture accumulation and the collision of multiculturalism.Secondly,the solution will be proposed.After studying the present textbooks which is High school Chinese compulsory one to five of PEP New Curriculum,aiming at the training goal of "Chinese sentiments · global vision" in the international department,we filter out the unsuitable content,add more fresh content and make them regroup,then we re-writing the reading textbooks,which is a recombination of intensive reading and extensive reading in traditional Chinese culture.It is also a comparative recombination of reading text based on multiple cultures.In addition,to explore the best reading text for international high school students,and adopt teaching“four-move”strategy-automaticity?activity?vividness?interaction,we are thinking about how to use these reading textbooks more creative from the reading methods,instructional mode and activities.Our aim is to create an interesting and efficient class,and develop a lot of international talents who have both the Chinese sentiments and global vision at the same time.This paper takes No.7 International High school as an example,and it explains the study of the discussion on the Chinese Textbook for International High School.
