The competition in contemporary society is very intense.The society needs high quality talents,And high quality talents need education and cultivation.The social demand for talent poses a new challenge to school education.So the Ministry of education continues to promote education reform.Let the education of the school synchronize with the development of the times and the society.The new round of educational reform requires schools to cultivate talents with thinking,action and innovative spirit.Students must have self-study ability.Autonomous learning is the process of taking the initiative to absorb knowledge.A person has the ability to practice and innovate only if he has the ability to study independently.If the knowledge is passively accepted,So when they left the school,There will be no more motivation to learn.Chinese is an important subject.The ability of language learning to understand students,The ability to express has a great influence.The passive acceptance will affect the students' future learning and growth.So the reform of teaching methods still needs to be continued.Therefore,the independent mutual aid teaching model has been paid attention to and promoted.This study from the Regent schools mutual self-learning mode of classroom practice,The survey found the problems and puzzles in the process of self-help learning.Analyze the cause of the problem.And try to put forward effective teaching suggestions and corresponding teaching strategies for teachers and schools to promote the effective development of classroom teaching from low efficiency to effective.There is a question design questionnaire for the "teaching" of middle school teachers and the "learning" of students.A questionnaire was conducted for the students of grade seven or eight.In the form of a questionnaire,Understand the present situation of classroom teaching.In this paper,according to the survey of junior high school Chinese Jinghua mutual self teaching,At present,there are some errors in the Jinghua middle school teaching in the practice of mutual self,Some teachers do not attach importance to the role of educational reform and independent mutual aid teaching.The existence of group learning in form and lack of teaching evaluation causes the effect of independent mutual aid teaching is not ideal.Students have not been helped and promoted in the teaching of independent mutual assistance.Instead,students are more marginalized because of the unscientific part of the group.Inappropriate teaching means can not play the role of talent training.It may also be counterproductive.So this article proposes the optimization group learning strategy,At the same time,teachers should pay attention to the training of students' ability to cooperate.And give full play to the guiding role in the classroom,The use of scientific classroom evaluation methods to improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in cooperative learning,To achieve real autonomous learning in cooperation.Through this study,a set of suitable to Formosa actual school self aid teaching mode,to provide scientific basis for improving the quality of the education business.At the same time,it can cultivate the students' ability to learn for life.It can also promote the renewal of the teaching concept of middle school education so as to meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform and development.At present,there are few researches on the independent mutual aid teaching in junior middle school.There are only a few related studies on other subjects.Most of the research related to the teaching of Chinese language in the middle school is discussing the development of the teaching content.Therefore,there are still some gaps in the theoretical research.The author hopes to summarize some of the operational experience through this study.Make up the gap in theory.
