At present,the level of vocational preschool teacher has become a mainstream trend of China's pre-school education,higher education system in our country as a new member,vocational colleges play a backbone of the culture of early childhood teachers in higher vocational level.Because of the relatively short pre-start,the professional development is facing a contradiction between the students' large-scale and number expansion and the teachers' small number and lower quality,to solve this problem,Vocational Preschool Education must go from simple number of extensive development to connotative development path.Construction of pre-school education and professional education of teachers and teaching can not be separated,the ability of teachers to improve teaching quality and quality is the key.Therefore,vocational preschool teacher professionalization is the only way for pre-professional content development.In this paper,by investigating the Specialization of the Preschool Education Vocational College in Jiangxi Province contained 10 full-time teachers in pre-school,analyze problems,and to propose measures to solve the problem with a view to promoting the Jiangxi Higher Preschool teachers' professional development.In this paper,vocational full-time preschool teacher for the study,through the use of literature,questionnaire,interview survey,mathe-matical statistics from the following three parts of the pre-school teachers in Higher Vocational Specialization discussed.Part ?:Theoretical introduction and overview into two chapters.The introduction in the form of case raises the question reveals the significance of vocational preschool teacher professional status quo.Later on the research status to sort out ideas and research methods of the thesis put forward on this basis.Theoretical overview section is based on previous studies of specialization,professionalization of teachers in vocational concept and its contents constitute teachers organize,analyze,and then put forward the concept of vocational preschool teacher professionalization and its contents constitute,Finally Preschool teachers in vocational and professional necessity.Part II:Investigation and analysis of problems and the reasons for the existence of two chapters.This thesis is based on Preschool Education in Higher Vocational College in Jiangxi Province contained 10 full-time teachers in pre-school for the study,in the form of questionnaires and interviews outline of investigation,through the data obtained were analyzed and found Jiangxi Higher full-time preschool teacher specialization and there are still some problems and deficiencies are:low starting point the pre-school teacher education,heavy vocational preschool teacher teaching tasks,higher pre-vocational teacher training can not be guaranteed.Part ?:It is the chapter of pre-school Professionalized Construction of Teachers in Jiangxi Vocational colleges.By the analysis of the second part,the access to information,consultants,etc.,on Jiangxi Vocational pre-school teachers' professional construction put forward their own thinking.First,in schools parts,should further strengthen the construction of pre-school teachers,and continue to attract high-quality teachers entering.At the same time,to take various measures to retain highly skilled professionals,especially top-notch talent,motivate other teachers to accelerate professional growth.In addition schools should also conduct a variety of activities to improve the professional level of teachers,help them achieve new breakthroughs in the professional road.Meanwhile,the school should take "double" as the goal,improve vocational preschool teacher ranks.Secondly,in terms of their own teachers,vocational pre-school teachers should establish a firm belief in the professional,enhance professional development awareness,identify their goals.In their throughout career,teachers had to make comprehensive teaching reflection in their teaching activities.By continuing to explore teaching ideas and methods under the new situation to try to improve their education level.Meanwhile,in the process,teachers should constantly improve their ability to research and use of information technology,constantly enrich themselves,to do a guide for students.Finally,the education authorities should be based on pre-vocational teachers'professional characteristics of macro-control,to encourage the development of appropriate policies and institutions,to provide a good,positive and harmonious environment for the professional development of vocational preschool teachers.The main contents of this paper are discussed Engage System,pay system,incentive system.Studying the higher pre-school teachers' Specialization is an inevitable requirement of modern development,by finding problems,analyzing problems,proposing solutions to the problem to explore the issue of development strategies has brought opportunities and challenges for future vocational preschool professional development,the teachers' high professional development level is not only related to the future of vocational graduates,but also related to the healthy growth of the motherland future builders and successors.
