The Research Of Moral Course Teachers' Professional Development

Moral course takes a important mission of cultivating core qualities of moral course and qualified citizens for the socialist modernization construction.It means not only moral course teachers must pay attention to the instruction of moral course knowledge,but also pay attention to the cultivation of students' moral.With the new curriculum reform's steady progress,the moral course teaching has a great change at present,but some teachers still cannot understand and implement the new curriculum concept very well,its basic quality cannot meet the requirements of the curriculum reform,it seems far exceeded their ability in the process of teaching,which greatly reduces the moral courses' teaching effect.The implementation of the new curriculum reform needs the support of the professional development of moral course teachers,but it also provides new opportunities and challenges for the professional development of every teacher.The topic in combination with the moral course teachers' professional quality research the issues about the professional development of teachers.It has a important significance for improving the professional level of moral course teachers and promoting the deeply development of new curriculum reform.The thesis is extracting the professional quality that moral course teachers must have,through the interpretation of new curriculum reform and the peculiarity of moral course teachers.Based on that,I deeply analyzed the current status of moral course teachers' professional development and the adverse factors of moral course teachers' professional development with the experience of my educational practice.Finally,I put forward some effective ways about professional development of moral course teachers from teachers themselves,school and society.
