In order to be able to more accurately identify and solve the problem of population aging in Henan province on the impact of the consumption structure, this paper collecting and organizing the age structure of population and per capita consumption in Henan province in the relevant data of all kinds of consumer spending, through the establishment of all ages in Henan province population and classification of consumer spending of the grey correlation analysis model, discusses the classification of population of all ages and residents’ consumption in Henan province, and has carried on the empirical research on the population age structure changes in Henan and the relationship between the economic development.
