been replaced by technology-intensive enterprises.Higher vocational colleges and universities with high professional skills for a particular job have received more and more attention from the state and society.The development of higher vocational colleges and universities and the promotion of higher vocational education are important ways to promote the economic development,promote employment and improve the people's livelihood in our country.Practical teaching is the main characteristic of higher vocational colleges and universities.It is not only the key symbol for distinguishing between higher education and higher vocational education in general categories,but also the important form for training students to transform their knowledge directly into professional skills and productivity,and to find problems and solve them quickly.More importantly,the process is also an important way for students to hone their will,improve their comprehensive literacy,cultivate their professional ethics and improve their employability.Therefore,every aspect of the process and related factors are particularly important.As the core link and "vitality" of higher vocational colleges and universities,the effect of practical teaching is directly determined by supply and demand,and the quality of talents trained in higher vocational colleges and universities is directly determined by the quality of talents and talents,which leads to many structural problems and difficulties in the implementation of practical vocational colleges and universities Therefore,it is very important to study the practical teaching in higher vocational colleges.Practice teaching is the core index to measure whether higher vocational institutions have established their own characteristics and level.The purpose of this study is to investigate,analyze,sort out,summarize and summarize the practical teaching practice of the women's vocational and technical college in Hebei,and to make a deeper study of the potential problems and shortcomings of practical teaching,and to explore rational and effective countermeasures.To improve the bottleneck of practical teaching in higher vocational teaching in higher vocational colleges and universities,defining the connotation of practical teaching,summing up its characteristics and significance,demonstrating the important position and value of practical teaching in Chinese vocational colleges and universities,and explaining the important theoretical basis of practical teaching,that is,the Marxist practice view,introducing the typical practice of practice teaching in foreign countries,and summarizing the reasons for its success and the important enlightenment to China.The third part is part of the analysis of the findings.The third part is part of the investigation and analysis of the results.Taking Hebei Women's Vocational and Technical College,a higher vocational institution,as the object of the investigation,the author conducts an in-depth investigation on the curriculum,hardware facilities,software equipment,teachers 'teaching,student feedback and campus cultural environment of the various specialities,and conducts individual interviews with the practical teachers of the specialized courses.The fourth part is the cause analysis part of the research result.According to the results,combined with the actual situation of the school,in the final analysis,it lies in the influence of traditional ideas,the neglect of practical teaching,the insufficient investment of hardware and software facilities,the unreasonable curriculum arrangement,the imperfect structure of teaching staff,the poor student origin and the lack of guidance of campus culture.The fifth part is the countermeasures part.In view of the above problems,the author combines his own years of teaching experience and some typical foreign practices,and puts forward "one,two,three" countermeasures,that is,one,two,three,to strengthen the countermeasures,specifically,that schools should pay attention to practical teaching,and increase the investment;Optimize resource allocation,optimize curriculum setting;We will strengthen the construction of teachers,the training of students 'professional qualities and the construction of the campus cultural environment.This paper proposes the "one,two,three" countermeasures on the basis of the author's own survey results and personal experience,and the understanding of teachers in the same profession,and hopes to provide some reference for the improvement of practical teaching level in other vocational colleges.Finally,I hope this article can make more people realize the significance and value of higher vocational colleges and support the development of higher vocational
