Chinese teaching in middle school should further improve the students' Chinese accomplishment and cause the students to have stronger language application ability,certain language aesthetic ability,exploring ability,and thus forming a good ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality,which lays a foundation for lifelong learning and personal development.Under the circumstances of limited teaching time and a wide range of learning contents,according to the actual situation of school students,how can we carry out the training in listening,speaking,reading and writing,and try to improve the students' comprehensive ability in these four aspects which are included in Chinese accomplishment.It is vital to fully and effectively use the matching "Chinese reading book".In this paper,I try to start with the many features of this book,and discuss some of the problems in this book.It is hoped that the study will draw others people's attention to the full application of "Chinese readers" and they will pay more attention to the extracurricular reading situation of high school students and the improvement of their Chinese literacy and language competence.The contents are as follows:In the introduction part,this paper puts forward the research question—the educational researches on Chinese readers in the ordinary high school,covering the research ideas and methods and give a comprehensive review.The first chapter is an overview of the Chinese language textbook in senior high school.It firstly clarifies the concept and background,then summarizes the three characteristics and finally points out the practical significance.The second chapter presents the current situation of the application of the Chinese reading in senior high school and analyzes its causes.The third chapter talks about the teaching practice of Chinese readers in ordinary high school,combined with the author's practical experience.It focuses on clarifying the aim of the reader,organic combination of teaching materials;how to make full use of the reader,conduct more explicit guidance;how to make full use of the reader,participate in the specific training of listening,speaking,reading and writing.
