Today,with the rapid development of science and technology,talent competition has become a very important aspect of regional competition.Therefore,to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of our country,it is necessary to cultivate innovative talents with high quality.Because of the traditional teaching mode in cultivating students' practical ability and creative thinking ability has many limitations,so the teaching reform has become an inevitable trend in the development of education,but also for the development of multimedia technology change rapidly new teaching mode provides the technical support.This paper makes a detailed investigation and Research on the reform and innovation of the teaching mode of physics in middle school by consulting a large number of documents,going deep into physics class and issuing questionnaires.The reform of teaching mode in foreign countries is developing towards the direction of students' learning autonomy and networking,and the situation of our country is lagging behind in the process of network teaching.Through the analysis of the commonly used teaching mode in middle school physics teaching,the author finds out the existing problems and sums up the principles of the reform of the teaching mode."Teachers as the guide,students as the main body",let the students play the initiative,fully involved in the teaching process.Secondly,reflect the characteristics of physics.Pay more attention to the experiment teaching,let the students learn physics knowledge and skills in the process of "reproduction science".Third,serve the training objectives.Contact science,technology and society,cultivate innovative talents with independent thinking and participation in scientific and technological decision-making,establish the correct value orientation.Finally,in line with the principles of system science,the teaching model should have the integrity,order,scientific,feedback,stability,to ensure that the teaching of physics learning modules can be completed successfully.In addition,in the aspect of teaching evaluation,it is necessary to ensure the development of students' comprehensive quality in order to promote the development of students' comprehensive quality and reflect the true value of education.The middle school physics teaching process in our future,should be based on advanced educational theory as a guide,relying on science and technology,to the development of students for the purpose,to the students to explore and experience as the center,to achieve from the traditional and new teaching mode,organic combination.
